The primary role of the Healthcare Coordinator (HC) is to partner with supported Dentists to help gain a financial commitment from the patient to start the best course of treatment with urgency. The HC must understand and utilize financial options to support case acceptance, educate patients on treatment choices, overcome common patient objections, and proactively keep Dentist’s schedules productive. The HC must support each patient in a consultative and educational manner while consistently supporting a Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) and creating Patients for Life (PFL).
