Healthcare Business Development Manager – Private Duty Home Care

Overview BrightStar Care of Sterling Heights is an established private duty home care agency providing skilled and non-skilled in-home care. We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Business Development Manager to grow referral volume, increase active census, and drive revenue through healthcare referral relationships. This role focuses on building and managing relationships with hospitals, case managers, social workers, and community partners, while proactively expanding the agency’s referral network across multiple cities.
