Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor / Senior Advisor
Are you ready to drive a safer, healthier workplace across NewZealand’s Intelligence Community? Depending on your experience you can join us as an Advisor (early/mid‑career) or step straight into the Senior Advisor role (experienced). Joining us you’ll be at the centre of our health, safety & wellbeing (HSW) programme, partnering with frontline teams, site managers and HSW Representatives to embed a strong safety culture.
What you’ll do
Serve as the primary business partner for frontline groups, championing safe work practices.
- Support and, where appropriate, lead projects that improve safety performance and critical‑risk management.
- Build relationships that promote a culture of safety, inclusion and employee engagement.
- Contribute ideas and expertise that shape how we work across the Agency.
