Health, Safety and Environment Plant Supervisor (Mississauga)

Position Purpose

The HSE supervisor works directly with plant-based personnel to drive improved HSE performance and leads the development and implementation of sustainable safety and environmental programs across the plant. The role also focuses on maintaining safety management systems and reducing the frequency and severity of injuries by partnering with functional leaders to analyze problems and successes and optimize future operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain HSE management systems, review the GAP process and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
• Advise plant leadership on updates or changes to applicable regulations and standards, maintaining focus on Brambles Absolute Safety First Rules and emergency protocols.
