Step into the vital role of Scheduling Coordinator at S.R.T. MedStaff, located in Downtown Toronto, and contribute to enhancing patient care services. This position emphasizes optimizing schedules for personal support workers and ensuring patient satisfaction.
In this permanent full-time role, you will oversee scheduling in collaboration with patients, caregivers, and families. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Client Services, you’ll manage service requests, oversee patient schedule adjustments, and liaise with medical staff to ensure a high level of care.
