Shift : 8.25 hour shifts
What You'll Do
- Respect and promote the dignity, choices and individuality of each resident by recognizing them as a whole individual with unique cultural, spiritual and psychological needs;
- Provide personal care to residents and provide assistance as required;
- Perform delegated clinical procedures, record observations, report problem or condition changes to nurse supervisor and participate in team planning;
- Assist resident and families during admission, move‑out or transfer process by orientating them to other staff and residents and providing support as required;
- Use medical and mobility equipment safely, reporting any malfunctions to the nursing supervisor;
