Health And Safety Culture Advisor

Our client is looking for a hands-on Safety Advisor to join a fast-paced manufacturing organization. In this role, you will partner with leadership and frontline teams to strengthen safe work practices, mitigate risk, and champion a culture of continuous improvement.Reporting directly to the Safety Manager, you will play a lead role in running the daily operations of the safety department. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help set priorities, drive internal initiatives forward, and ensure Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and programs are effectively implemented and continuously enhanced across manufacturing, site, and office environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Program Oversight: Lead the day-to-day operations of the Workplace Health and Safety program, overseeing the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of safety policies, procedures, and tools.
