Opportunity Description
The Prevention Department provides service along a continuum to assist customers with the development and implementation of safe work environments. Health and Safety Consultants work side‑by‑side with customers to deliver primary prevention strategies, and their responsibilities include relationship building to understanding employer operations, assessing existing safety programs to identify areas needing improvement, and recommending solutions through reports and presentations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Consults and educates employers on their safety management system effectiveness, applicable legislation, occupational health and safety, industrial hygiene and ergonomic injury prevention activities to support reduction in injuries and related costs.
