Head, Wellness Centre

The Head of the Wellness Centre will lead the University‘s holistic wellbeing strategy by creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive campus environment that promotes mental health, emotional wellbeing, resilience, preventive healthcare, and healthy lifestyles for students, faculty, and staff.

The role combines clinical leadership, programme development, crisis management, policy implementation, wellness education, and cross-campus collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement the University‘s comprehensive Wellness Strategy.
• Establish annual wellness goals aligned with institutional priorities.

Mental Health Services

• Supervise counselling and psychological support services.
