What You Will Do

• Lead the technical services team at Nesplein and Fizeaustraat while also working hands‑on at Oosterpark and Frederiksplein – smoothly switching between locations, leadership, and technical work
• Coordinate breakdowns, repairs, and maintenance, stepping in yourself when needed
• Always visible on the floor, thinking ahead, staying proactive, and keeping everything running
