Business Strategy & Planning
- Define, structure and monitor key workstreams required to deliver Sales goals and strategic initiatives.
- Build business cases, performance narratives and recommendation notes for leadership decision-making.
- Translate annual targets into action plans with clear ownership, milestones and review cadence.
- Support C-level reviews, Board PPT presentations by leading preparation of business overview and summary of strategy development and progress
Sales Productivity & Performance
- Monitor Sales Manager and Sales Executive productivity through recurring KPI reviews, dashboards and exception analysis.
- Identify performance gaps across region, location, channel or process, and recommend interventions to improve output and conversion.
