Head of Veterinary Nursing

This is a hands‑on leadership role. You’ll spend roughly 60% of your time in active clinical practice and 40% on leadership, training, and operational responsibilities. You won’t be managing from behind a desk — you’ll be the most experienced nurse on the floor, leading by example while building the systems and standards around you.

You’ll design and implement nursing protocols across every clinic in the network. You’ll recruit, train, and mentor veterinary nurses and technicians — building a team that delivers consistent, compassionate, high‑quality care regardless of which location a client walks into.

You’ll own the nursing department budget, manage staffing costs, and ensure the nursing function operates efficiently as we scale.
