Appodeal is looking for a strategic and results‑driven leader to head our User Acquisition efforts. As Head of User Acquisition, you will be responsible for building and executing the UA strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and maximizing ROAS to scale our portfolio of casual, ad‑monetized evergreen mobile games. Your primary goal will be to ensure our apps’ growth and monetization performance is on par with or exceeds that of top competitors. Additionally, you will drive team growth, optimize efficiency, and continuously refine our UA processes.
