Responsible for orchestrating the successful execution of the entire Allianz OEs Iberolatam strategic IT portfolio. As the Head of the Transformation Office, you will be the driving force behind our most critical change initiatives, ensuring that strategic projects deliver their intended business value on time and on budget in close collaboration with the Head of Engineering and IT delivery and the Head of Architecture.

In this key transformation moment for the organization, you will work directly with senior leadership to harmonize project governance, optimize our IT landscape, and steer the ambitious evolution of our technological capabilities.
