As the Head of Testing Field & High Voltage Laboratory, you will lead all testing activities associated with the manufacturing, final acceptance, and technical release of Large Power Transformers up to 400 kV and 1550 kV BIL. You will guide the operation of a modern high‑voltage laboratory and test field, ensuring that routine, type, special, and customer‑specific tests are planned, executed, documented, and released safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with contractual requirements, international standards, and internal quality expectations.

• Lead the test field and high‑voltage laboratory organization, aligning testing priorities with factory objectives, EHS requirements, production schedules, and customer commitments.
