Lead the Secondary School (Years 7-12) as a key member of the executive leadership team. This role combines strategic leadership with a 0.5 teaching load, providing oversight of curriculum, student wellbeing, staff development and secondary school operations.

Reporting to the Principal and working closely with the Deputy Principal, you will lead a team of approximately 25 staff, drive academic and pastoral outcomes, and ensure the effective day-to-day running of the Secondary School.

What you'll be responsible for

• Leading the Secondary School's curriculum, teaching and learning, and NESA compliance across Years 7-12.

• Overseeing student wellbeing, pastoral care, discipline and engagement to support positive outcomes.

• Guiding staff, school operations and community partnerships as a member of the executive leadership team.
