In this role, you lead and develop the Iberian field sales teams to drive sustainable revenue growth. You translate regional strategy into a country sales plan aligned with Pu0026amp;L objectives, while ensuring robust prospecting, pipeline management and high conversion. You collaborate with operations and commercial stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experience and disciplined governance. You will coach teams, accelerate new business and protect the existing base, shaping Iberia’s contribution to DP World’s broader trade goals.
