Head of Product Operations

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly execution-driven operator to lead and scale Boomlet’s platform across Discovery, Advocacy, UGC, and Impact. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Tech, Data, and Business, and is responsible for turning vision into structured, high-quality execution.

You will work closely with leadership to build systems, drive delivery, and ensure that the platform scales efficiently while maintaining speed, accuracy, and impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product & Execution

• Own end-to-end execution across Discovery, Advocacy, UGC, and Impact modules
• Translate product vision into weekly execution plans and quarterly roadmaps
• Work closely with Tech, Product, and Design teams to ensure timely delivery
