Our firm is partnering with a fast-growing mobile gaming company to hire a Head of Product Development.

This is a rare opportunity for a true player-coach who combines product leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on execution. You'll own both Product and Engineering across a portfolio of ad-monetized casual mobile games, helping shape strategy while actively contributing to delivery.

What You'll Do:

- Define and drive product strategy across a portfolio of casual mobile games

- Own roadmap planning, experimentation, and product performance

- Lead technical architecture and engineering best practices

- Drive AI adoption across product and development workflows

- Collaborate closely with UA, monetization, analytics, and R&D teams

- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team

- Lead by example through hands-on product and technical contribution
