Head of Platform

Eden Rose is currently engaged with a FSRA regulated Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) financial services firm who are seeking a Head of Platform.

Reporting to the Senior Executive Officer, you will lead the strategy, operation, and regulatory compliance, overseeing issuer and investor onboarding, offering approval, and platform governance in line with FSRA rules.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute an origination strategy to generate a consistent, high-quality pipeline of issuers
• Design, implement and own the firm's due diligence framework for admitting issuers and their offers of Securities onto the platform
• Own the product and technology roadmap for the PFP platform along with the team
• Run the day-to-day operations of the PFP business: dealing pipeline management, issuer and investor onboarding, transaction execution, and post-completion administration.
