As we scale, we need a seasoned operations leader who can run the floor, manage a distributed remote team, and bring real shipping line relationships and knowledge to the table.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This role is first and foremost an operations leadership position. You'll own the day-to-day execution of our freight operations — managing both our in-office team in North York and our offshore back-office staff — while also playing a supporting role on the commercial side by leveraging your existing experience with shipping line sales reps to help secure better rates and capacity for our clients.
