Opportunity Description

tonies® North America is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Head of Sales, Canada who can define growth and establish tonies® as a leader for kids audio in Canada. tonies® is a fast-growing consumer product company dedicated to inspiring kids’ imagination and accelerating their development.

This position will be primarily remote but based in Toronto, Canada , and will be responsible for managing the growth of the Canadian business, working closely with our Distributor in the market to monitor sales and operations, and driving tonies® successful brand presentation in Canada.

How you will make an impact in the first six months:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive market entry and expansion strategy.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer behavior.
  • Establish short- and long-term business plans for the expansion in Canada.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
