Head of New Business

This is a senior strategic and hands-on role combining business development, communications, and marketing within a respected architecture practice. Working closely with the leadership team, you will drive new business activity, manage a pipeline of opportunities, and lead the production of compelling bids, proposals, presentations, and competition submissions.

You will be responsible for developing clear and engaging narratives, overseeing marketing and brand content, and coordinating communications across digital platforms, press, awards, and events. This exciting role also includes strengthening client relationships, supporting market growth initiatives, and managing two junior team members.

As the successful candidate you will bring proven experience in business development and communications within a high-profile architecture studio, a strong understanding of UK procurement and bidding processes, exceptional writing, presentation, and management skills.
