Responsible for the overall management of the assembly location for gear motors. This includes operational leadership, workforce coordination, production planning, quality assurance, logistics, compliance, and communication with headquarters and local stakeholders. The role ensures efficient, safe, and high-quality assembly operations in line with company standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day assembly operations at the site
• Ensure efficient production flow, timely order fulfillment and adherence to delivery schedules
