As the Team Lead and Financial Business Partner for the Gas Turbine Product Line, I collaborate closely with technical and operational leadership to drive strategic decisions and financial performance. I oversee all planning and controlling activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close, ensuring IFRS compliance and high data integrity. By closely monitoring key KPIs and partnering with operations, I identify performance gaps, implement corrective actions, and drive productivity and cost efficiency. Additionally, I lead and develop a high-performing finance team while continuously improving reporting processes and supporting digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
