Head of Crypto OTC Sales & Institutional Growth

Hex Trust is seeking a VP of OTC Sales to lead end‑to‑end origination of institutional crypto and fiat on/off‑ramp solutions from its UAE desk. You will own client coverage, onboarding coordination, and ongoing relationships, driving revenue from day one within a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
