Head of Compliance, Hedge Fund

Our client is a leading Asian hedge fund with an impressive track record of success. They seek to hire an experienced Compliance Officer in line with their continued growth. This is a newly created position.

Key Responsibilities

• Regulatory Filing: Execute all requirements to ensure continuous alignment with global standards.

• Trade Monitoring: Manage and Conduct real-time and post-trade surveillance

and verify adherence to investment mandates.

• Operations Due Diligence (ODD): Act as the primary compliance point of

contact for institutional investors, navigating rigorous ODD process and

maintain the firm’s best in class compliance reputation.

• Onboarding & KYC: Perform end-to-end KYC/AML screening for investors and

counterparties

• Internal Auditing: Carry out regular compliance testing and document findings

to ensure internal controls (e.g., MNPI, Personal Trading) are strictly follo...
