At Elopak, we are looking for a strategic and experienced leader of our global Compensation, Benefits and Mobility function. You will play a key role in developing competitive and sustainable compensation programs that attract, motivate and retain talent across the globe.
This position reports directly the CHRO. The location can be either Lystrup (DK) or Oslo (NO).
**Your key responsibilities will include**
- Designing and implementing global compensation structures, including executive compensation and equity-based programs.
- Leading the annual salary and bonus review process in collaboration with HR Operations and Finance.
