Head of Central America (Fintech) - Mexico City, CDMX

MissionHires is seeking a Head of Central America (Fintech) to launch, scale, and own growth across Central American markets.

You will drive end-to-end market strategy, P&L, partnerships, customer acquisition and retention, pricing, CX, and team leadership. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be the internal and external face of Central America, building a high‑performing regional team, forging trust‑based relationships with diaspora communities and commercial partners, and continuously improving performance through data‑driven experimentation.

Preference for Mexico‑based candidates; international travel required.
