Head Nurse

The Head Nurse is responsible for supporting the Nurse Supervisor in ensuring the delivery of safe, high?quality patient care and effective daily clinical operations. This role provides leadership to nursing staff, coordinates patient care activities, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, and fosters a culture of teamwork, compassion, and operational excellence within the dialysis clinic.
1. Essential Duties and Responsibilities A. Leadership and Staff Management
Collaborate with the Nurse Supervisor to provide guidance, feedback, and counselling to nursing staff.
Assist with staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage and continuity of safe patient care.
