Head Mixologist For Toronto Restaurant

Shape a unique cocktail program at our flagship restaurant in Toronto's Financial District as a Head Mixologist. This role demands solid creativity, technical skills, and an elevated guest presence. As a key member of our premium hospitality group behind Adrak restaurants, the Head Mixologist will lead cocktail development and execution.

This role requires expertise in classic and up-to-date mixology, as well as experience in upscale dining environments. You'll be responsible for creating signature cocktails and training the bar team in techniques and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal cocktails and unique beverage experiences
• Document and standardize cocktail recipes and presentation techniques
