Head, Investment, Asset & Development Management (IADM)

This is a multifaceted and strategic role that requires a combination of strong business acumen, investment and asset management skillsets, industry-specific knowledge, and proven leadership abilities.

You will be responsible for leading the Company’s real estate investment strategy, portfolio performance, and development initiatives in Singapore and the region (excluding China). This role oversees the full investment lifecycle including acquisition sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, financing, asset optimization, development execution, and portfolio exit strategies. You will drive value creation across the portfolio of retail, hospitality, commercial, mixed‑use assets, along with healthcare and eldercare projects while ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic, financial, and operational objectives.
