Position Overview
the npi lead manages multidisciplinary teams in the plant to ensure the successful and flawless implementation of the process for new launches, and develops standard work that guarantees the safety of employees, product quality, high process efficiency, and productive capacity to meet deliverables on time. The leader also works with the head launch engineering and guides the supplier chain team in learning new processes.
What You'll Do
- lead the development of a timeline for the implementation of the process and key project deliverables, ensuring compliance on time and within the budget.
- coordinate new process development and efficiency during the launch and the first 30 days after sop.
- participate in developing and maintaining pfmeas for each new process and support multidisciplinary teams to prevent cost of poor quality.
