HD Fleet Maintenance Mechanic

We seek an experienced, self-motivated individual with a positive work ethic for the fleet maintenance mechanic position.

Summary/Objective

The primary role of this position is to support all levels of mechanical service to our customers. This position works as part of a team to present a positive customer experience. All work provided must follow company policies, procedures, and industry best practices, and no employee should attempt to do any work for which they have not been trained.

Essential Functions

• Explain mechanical diagnosis and repairs to non-mechanical individuals as required.

• Provide recommendations for repair, list the parts needed, and list the hours required to perform the repairs using industry-standard labor guidelines.
