Hard Services Property Lead | Site & Facilities

CBRE Singapore is seeking a Property Executive to serve as the key site representative, responsible for ensuring the efficiency and compliance of hard services delivery. You will support the Facilities Manager in various operational tasks, including maintenance planning and inspections.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Facilities Management or related fields and at least 3 years of experience. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required for this role.
