Our client, a major player in the UK construction sector, is looking to appoint a skilled and reliable Handyperson to support delivery across a portfolio of large-scalemercial build projects in Southampton and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out general maintenance, snagging, and finishing works onmercial construction sites

Support site teams with minor multi-trade tasks including basic carpentry, patching, painting, and general repairs

Ensure all tasks arepleted to strict quality standards and project deadlines

Assist with site presentations and final handover works

Identify and rectify defects efficiently

Maintainpliance with health & safety regulations at all times
