Join American Iron & Metal in Windsor, ON as a General Labourer. This full-time role involves hands-on work with non-ferrous metals, including sorting, weighing, and maintenance tasks.
As a motivated labourer at AIM, you will play a vital role in daily operations, working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. Ideal candidates should possess experience in metal recycling or industrial settings, and be comfortable managing various tasks in varying weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and organize different types of non-ferrous metals
• Weigh and track materials using the RECY system
• Assist with torch cutting as needed
• Prepare shipments and operate forklifts effectively
• Maintain cleanliness in and around your work area
Requirements:
• Previous experience operating a forklift
• Familiarity with metal recycling or industrial environments
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather
