We are looking for a highly operational Handling Manager to lead our airport catering operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations on the ramp, lead operational teams, and drive continuous improvement in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit logistics and operations expertise.
- Oversee all ramp and handling operations related to airline catering services.
- Ensure seamless coordination between flights, drivers, trucks, and production teams.
- Manage real-time disruptions such as delays, aircraft changes, and operational constraints.
- Maintain strong communication with internal departments and airline clients.
- Own and drive on-time performance (OTP) across all operations.
- Anticipate delay risks and implement immediate contingency plans.
