Opportunity Description
Drive operational success with Thales as a NEM Liaison in Halifax. Focus on repair prioritization and deficiencies management for AOPV and JSS Fleet readiness.
As part of the Fleet Engineering Readiness team, you will collaborate closely with the Royal Canadian Navy, managing schedules and addressing operational deficiencies to ensure effective service delivery. You will also represent Thales in critical AJISS initiatives, preparing reports and promoting teamwork across departments.
Key Responsibilities: • Verify legitimacy of deficiencies reported by ship staff • Report on OPDEF statuses and facilitate quick repairs • Schedule and attend necessary meetings with stakeholders • Lead oversight on Technical Programs for coastal vessels • Update operational procedures and AJISS templates
