This hackathon exists to close the experience gap in Lisbon's tech market and prove a simple idea: the way people get evaluated needs to change. Give engineers a real scenario, 48 hours, and a jury that knows what good code looks like, and the CV becomes irrelevant. What you build speaks for itself.
