Key Responsibilities Client Training & Programming- Design and deliver safe, effective training programs tailored to seniors (50+)
- Develop recovery-focused programs in collaboration with physiotherapy principles
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs based on mobility, injury history, and goals
- Ensure a high standard of coaching, safety, and client experience
- Conduct consultations and convert leads into PT clients
- Build strong client relationships that drive retention and referrals
