Guidewire Conversion Lead (contract)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Conversion Lead to drive end-to-end data migration and conversion initiatives for Guidewire implementations.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have Strong Expertise In

• Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter
• Data Migration
• Product Model Toolkit (PMT)
• Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Azure Databricks (ADB) for scalable data processing

Key Responsibilities

Conversion Strategy Leadership

• Lead the overall data conversion and migration strategy for Guidewire implementations
• Define conversion roadmap, scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Engage with business and IT stakeholders to align on data requirements and success criteria
• Manage offshore/onshore conversion teams and ensure delivery excellence
