Guest Experience Concierge Lead

Marriott International is seeking a guest services professional for the Putrajaya area. You will respond to guest requests for arrangements or services, provide information about the property and local amenities, and coordinate with departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

You will also handle calls and requests, maintain logs, monitor supplies, and support management in coaching and staffing activities, while upholding company policies and guest safety standards.
