Gucci is reinventing a wholly modern approach to fashion. Your role as Store Operations Manager will execute and supervise all store operations processes aligned with local and regional policies and procedures to ensure the proper functioning of the store.

• Implement and supervise the execution of action plans to improve store operational performance.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by planning frequent inventories, cycle counts, and monitoring store‑to‑store operations such as transfers, consolidations, imports, and exports.
• Guarantee that stores have necessary supplies (stationery, beverages, uniforms, packaging material, materials for shipments).
• Maintain constant communication with corporate’s Operations and security areas to report deviations or anomalies in store processes.
