Engagement Overview

The client is engaging a hands‑on GTM Program Manager on a six‑month contract to architect and operationalize a project management system in Jira, together with project reporting dashboards in Atlassian, that drives full transparency and accountability into the client’s product GTM plans and launch status. This is a build‑and‑enable engagement: by the end of the term, the client’s GTM team will have a live, well‑documented project management system, the dashboards to run it, and the training and SOPs to sustain it.
