About the Role

Global Talent Co. is looking for a GTM Engineer / AI Engineer to own and scale an AI-powered growth engine. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role working directly with the founders to define how growth happens at the company — from first touch to retention.

What You’ll Own Architect and scale GTM systems across sales, marketing, and product Lead development of AI agents and workflows that automate key parts of the funnel Orchestrate tools like Salesforce and Hub Spot into a unified system Turn product and user data into actionable growth signals Build intelligent workflows — lead scoring, routing, outbound triggers, onboarding flows Define how AI is used across the entire customer lifecycle Partner closely with founders on growth strategy, experiments, and priorities What We’re Looking For Proven experience building systems that directly impacted growth or revenue Strong systems thinke...
