GTM Enablement Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Reports to: Director, Enablement Programs
• Designs, builds, launches, and measures end-to-end enablement programs that build organizational capability, drive adoption of processes, tools, and methodologies, and improve revenue outcomes and field performance
• Operating across the full scope of the Enablement Programs team, this role takes on programs spanning operational excellence and transformation initiatives, high-priority sales plays, and proficiency development for key CRO roles and partners
• It partners with Enablement Business Partners and cross-functional stakeholders to assess needs, define strategic learning objectives, and deliver scalable solutions aligned to global GTM priorities
• This role sits within the Enablement Programs team and reports to the Director of Enablement Programs
