Growth Marketing Lead – permanent role with a client of ours located in Vancouver.
Responsibilities
- Translate business priorities into clear GTM and Growth Marketing strategies, campaign plans, and execution roadmaps.
- Build multi-channel campaigns across content, digital, events, PR, sales enablement, and partner channels.
- Plan and orchestrate launches across cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Manage timelines, owners, dependencies, approvals, and competing priorities.
- Align and influence stakeholders across multiple teams without direct authority.
- Take a data‑driven approach to campaign measurement, reporting, optimization, and ROI analysis.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally, including executive‑level updates, campaign briefs, and external‑facing messaging.
- Apply knowledge of B2B revenue motions, pipeline generation, sales enablement, and enterprise buying cycles.
