Responsibilities
- Own direct-booked revenue from paid funnels — the number is yours.
- Define CAC targets, conversion benchmarks, and growth trajectories.
- Report performance weekly — wins, losses, and next actions.
- Build and optimize the full funnel: Meta → Landing Page → Booking.
- Launch, test, and iterate on ad creatives, hooks, and offers continuously.
- Develop high-converting landing pages with strong direct-response principles.
- Design and enforce a testing cadence (creative, copy, LP variations).
- Build documented systems: creative briefs, LP frameworks, kill/scale rules.
- Ensure every experiment has a clear hypothesis and measurement plan.
- Leverage and evolve the current stack: Meta Ads, HubSpot, AI tools (Claude, Midjourney), analytics platforms.
