Growth BD & Marketing Analyst – SaaS AI (Hybrid/Remote)

VAO, a fast-growing AI platform, is seeking a Business Development and Marketing hybrid role in Medellín. You'll own the front line of our sales motion: prospecting new accounts, running outbound campaigns, picking up the phone, and nurturing leads through the funnel until they're ready to close.

You'll also use marketing as a growth lever, creating content and campaigns to generate demand, while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
